Impact &contribution: This role demands deep expertise in credit lifecycle management, hands-on experience with Experian PowerCurve toolset, and the ability to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders like including credit risk policy, development squad, and credit strategy squad to design, implement, and refine business rules and strategies.

Roles & responsibilities

• Configure and test business rules using Experian PowerCurve Strategy Design Studio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide implementation and testing support.
• Technical design and documentation
• Functional analysis
• Optimisation of process flows
• Develop and maintain complex rule sets and scripting logic.
• Prefer knowledge of software design patterns, enterprise integration, and scalable software architectures.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise-grade systems with CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as a liaison between business teams (e.g., credit risk strategy) and technical teams, including Experian support teams.

Essential skills:

• 8-10 years proven hands-on experience with Experian PowerCurve Originations and Experian PowerCurve Strategy Manager, strategy development, testing and deployment.
• Exposure to Experian PowerCurve Ascend One preferred.
• Strong understanding of credit lifecycle processes and risk management.
• Basic scripting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple policy versions
• Ability to deliver under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in agile, high-velocity environments.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
