Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Business & Team: Retail Technology

Here, you’ll create, manage and optimize the platforms used to power our entire business. You’ll have the opportunity to take responsibility for continuous improvement, ensuring our systems are simpler, faster and more secure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to identify potential issues in early in the development cycle.
- Implement automation frameworks in creating APIs, data pipelines, and UI components.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues.
- Required to maintain and build excellent relationships with associates and stakeholders, as well as actively contribute to team culture and uphold groups core values.
- Work with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions across multiple business units.
- Contribute on Platform design and solution artefacts.
- Help to promote good coding standards and practices to ensure high quality.
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance, data drift, and system health.
- Maintain security adherence and compliance standards, including data privacy and model explainability.
- Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation of processes, infrastructure, along with configurations.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth model deployment and operations
Essential Skills:
- Relevant experience of 8+ years is required.
- Demonstrate experience developing applications using MS technologies - C# and .NET / .NetCore
- Sound knowledge of Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Excellent debugging skills with ability to solve complex technical issues in .NET
- Experience operating and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Infrastructure as code and automating manual tasks
- Mentoring and coaching capabilities, able to influence practices and mindsets in the crew
- Develop, lead, and deploy CI/CD strategies
- CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, TeamCity, Artifactory, Octopus Deploy
- Logging & monitoring: CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana and Prometheus knowledge are desirable
- Automating repetitive tasks using Python, shell scripting, PowerShell etc.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems across the CI/CD toolchain
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
