Job Description of BSP Architect/BSP Engineer

Position: Technical Architect/Developer

Role Description: Candidate should have 2 to 15 years of experience in Embedded Systems Development with a strong focus on Android BSP and Kernel Development.

Years of Experience: 2 to 15 years

Location: Pune/Bengaluru

Qualification: Bachelor of Engg degree in Electronics, Computer Science or a related field

Skill set and Experience:

a.Proficiency in C/C++ programming and debugging skills in Kernel and Debugging tool usage

b.Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux, Device Drivers, and Kernel Development

c.Strong understanding of core Kernel Subsystems such as the Kernel Scheduler, USB, and other Peripherals

d.Extensive Knowledge of the Android Operating System, including the Build System Android manifests and BSP migration

e.Experience in Designing, Developing, Debugging, and Testing Embedded Systems

f.Knowledge of Multitasking Operating Systems like Linux and Android

g.Familiarity with Automotive Domain and Experience with Qualcomm/Samsung Automotive SoCs is a Must

h.Experience in developing drivers like Display, Audio, and Touch

i.Experience in migrating the BSP from one version of Android to another version of Android

j.Hands on Git, Gerrit knowledge
