We're Hiring: Senior React Developer

Location: Onsite in Pune

Experience: 5+- 10yrs years with React.js

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers.
• Contribute to UI/UX decisions and component architecture.
• Maintain and enhance existing React applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Engage in code reviews and technical discussions.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency with React (minimum 7/10 self-assessed).
• Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
• Advanced HTML and DOM manipulation expertise.
• Strong CSS and responsive design skills.
• Familiarity with modern React patterns (hooks, context, functional components).
• Proficiency in Redux for state management.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions and Git version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UI/UX design skills and a strong understanding of design principles.
• Experience with design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of component libraries and design systems.
• Experience with performance optimization and web vitals.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
