Senior Software Engineer

Join our dynamic SaaS company specializing in Channel Data Management (CDM) solutions. We seek a Senior Software Engineer with full stack expertise to drive the development of scalable, secure, and high-quality CDM products. The candidate will lead a skilled engineering team, translating business requirements into innovative software solutions that empower channel partners with accurate, timely data insights.

Lead and mentor a team of 56 engineers (<2 years of experience), fostering technical excellence and teamwork.

Architect, develop, and maintain full stack SaaS applications with a focus on CDM workflows, data integration, and automation.

Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to deliver features that enhance partner data visibility and accuracy.

Ensure security, performance, and scalability of cloud-native applications in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

Drive code reviews, best practices, and continuous integration/deployment to maintain code quality.

Influence technical strategy around data ingestion, transformation, APIs, and UI/UX efficiencies.

Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.

Proven full stack development experience in SaaS environments.

Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, or Next.js.

Backend: Node.js, Flask, Java, or .NET.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with data processing pipelines, ETL, or data synchronization technologies is a plus.

Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases relevant to CDM use cases.

Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication, and mentoring skills with an ability to align team efforts to business goals.

Experience building or scaling SaaS products in data management, channel management, or related domains.

Knowledge of ETL solutions such as Databricks, Informatica, Azure Data Factory etc. is a plus

Exposure to data security and compliance standards applicable to SaaS/CDM platforms.
