Senior Software Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot , Alfresco , Nuxeo , and IBM CMOD to design, develop, and support enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing ECM platforms, building integrations, and delivering scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Customize and extend Alfresco Content Services , including workflows, content models, web scripts, and modules
• Develop and configure solutions on Nuxeo and integrate with enterprise systems
• Work with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) for storage, retrieval, and archiving use cases
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and microservices
• Troubleshoot ECM platform issues across Alfresco, Nuxeo, and CMOD environments
• Work cross-functionally with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and ensure ECM best practices

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Core Java , OOPs, and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot , Spring MVC, Spring Data
• Solid working experience with Alfresco Content Services (ACS)
• Practical experience with Nuxeo platform development and customization
• Knowledge of IBM CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand) for content archiving and retrieval
• Experience building custom modules, behaviors, workflows, and extensions across ECM platforms
• Proficiency with REST APIs , JSON, and backend integrations
• Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD processes
