Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our development team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. This role involves hands-on backend development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, code reviews, and continuous process improvement. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Lead backend development using the MERN stack
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices
• Optimize application performance and reliability
• Participate in agile development processes
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in production environments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals
• Expertise in MERN Stack development
• Proficiency in programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with deployment, optimization, and maintenance
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant IT industry experience preferred

Salary Range

25,000 28,000 per month (Take-home salary)
