Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop automation solutions leveraging emerging technologies such as RPA, ITPA, Virtualization, and Service Automation.

· Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate the feasibility of automation solutions.

· Create reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to ensure scalability and efficiency.

· Conduct end-to-end testing of RPA bots to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance.

· Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements before automation.

· Collaborate with SMEs, technical, and functional teams to assess, design, and deploy automation use cases.

· Ensure that automated processes align with business goals and compliance requirements.

· Monitor deployed RPA bots and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.

· Provide ongoing support for existing automations, including updates and enhancements.

· Maintain documentation for all RPA solutions, including technical specifications and user guides

· Mentor junior RPA developers and provide technical guidance.

· Stay updated on RPA trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

· Continuously upgrade skills through certifications and learning programs.

· Be adaptable to work with multiple automation tools based on business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Mandatory:

o 4 to 7 years of experience in RPA development with hands-on expertise in tools like UiPath, Power Automate etc.

o UiPath Certification (UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or UiPath Certified Automation Developer Professional).

o Proven delivery of end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.

o Proficiency in automation frameworks and hands-on experience with RPA/ITPA tools.

o Proven track record of delivering end-to-end RPA solutions in a complex business environment.

o Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, .NET) and database management (e.g., SQL).

· Technical Skills:

o Solid understanding of databases, including writing/modifying SQL queries and managing database connections.

o Good grasp of SOAP/REST Web APIs, generic handlers, and integration concepts.

o Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Node.js, etc.

o Understanding of HTTP/Internet protocols and system integration.

o Scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript, Perl, or C#.

o Experience in implementing ITPA solutions using tools like ServiceNow, HPOO, Ayehu NG, or similar.

· Project & Methodology Experience:

o Experience with project management and tracking tools such as MS Project, AzureDev Ops, etc.

o Solid foundation in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

o Experience in establishing and supporting Centers of Excellence (CoE).

· Other Certifications (Preferred):

o UiPath Test Professional, UiPath AI Certification

o Microsoft PL-900 or equivalent
