As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you'll architect and develop end
- to
- end technical solutions for complex business challenges within our dynamic, fast
- paced environment.
You'll work across our tech stack, from frontend development to backend systems, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Key job responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Design and implement scalable solutions using JavaScript, Java, Spring, and AWS services
• Lead architectural decisions and technical direction for major initiatives
• Mentor team members and collaborate across functions to deliver integrated solutions
• Drive continuous improvement through code quality, testing, and technical debt reduction
• Provide hands
- on development for complex features while maintaining engineering excellence
• Partner with product teams to understand requirements and deliver localized solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of non
- internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
