As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex technical systems of varying sizes to new and existing customers and will be part of discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.
We are now looking for a Senior Software Developer to strengthen the Project Management team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of central initiatives across the Nasdaq Analytics.

With this position we offer :
Join the development organization for Nasdaq Analytics. The main objective for the development team in Bangalore is to build state of the art governance software for analytics teams. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be responsible for delivery of enhancements.
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong authority team delivering complex technology solutions to international clients. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, including designers, product managers and other specialists. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Furthermore, you will:
- Design, develop, seek and implement rich internet application software for Nasdaq Analytics product.
- Participate in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, develop project estimates, schedules, test plans, and code reviews.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential problems/issues including authoring of technical specifications.
- Conduct performance testing, review results, identify bottlenecks, and profile code
We expect you to have
- At least 2-4 years of software development experience
- Expertise in writing server side code using C#.Net, ASP.Net
- Expertise understanding of MSSQL/Postrgres database, database concepts and should be able to write complicated database queries
- Understanding of Microservices architecture, Parallel programming is a plus
- Knack of adhering to the best design practices
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git
- Experience in JUnit testing.
Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master in Any major.
It would be great if you
- Knowledge on React or Angular or VueJs is preferred.
- Fair understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Fair understanding of JavaScript programming and DOM manipulation
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
