Key roles and responsibilities | ü We are looking for a Back-End Engineer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well. ü Collaborate closely with development and business teams. ü Partner with external teams for API integrations. ü Drive problem resolution for any incidents and events. ü Understand the requirements/stories and own complete SDLC lifecycle of design, develop, automate unit tests, and deploy the changes. ü Recognizes opportunities to adopt innovative technologies to enable business capabilities and takes pride in quickly delivering working software. ü Keeps up to date on current research and technology in the industry. ü Recognizes the importance of collaboration to achieve objectives. ü Finds opportunities within projects and acts on own initiative without being prompted, including making appropriate decisions. | ||
| Skills | ü Public cloud experience such as GCP & AWS (preferable). ü Experience in caching technologies like Memcached and Redis. ü Experience in Python programming with a basic understanding of machine learning libraries. | ||
