About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Intern who can take ownership of social media operations and manage a team of interns to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. This role requires strong research skills, leadership mindset, and the ability to maintain quality standards across client projects.

You will be responsible for managing social media workflows, guiding junior interns, and ensuring effective execution of content strategies across platforms like Instagram and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise social media interns to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure content execution aligns with brand strategies and client requirements
• Handle social media management across platforms (Instagram and other channels)
• Conduct strong research for content references, trends, and creative direction for clients
• Maintain quality control for posts, reels, and campaigns before publishing
• Coordinate with internal teams for content planning and execution
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements in strategy and engagement
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and workflow processes are followed properly
• Support in strategy planning and campaign execution

Requirements

• Minimum 2 prior internships in Social Media Marketing (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media platforms
• Excellent research skills for content references and trends
• Leadership mindset and ability to manage a team
• Highly proactive, disciplined, and hardworking attitude
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
