Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead on-site execution of architectural lighting projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on site management, and the ability to coordinate closely with design, build, and vendor teams to ensure flawless installation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to the design and build teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and manage the installation of European architectural lighting products.
• Understand and work with electrical systems, power distribution, communication networks, and lighting layouts.
• Read, interpret, and execute work based on electrical and electronic drawings, blueprints, schematics, and legends.
• Inspect and test electrical and lighting systems to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and automation protocols.
• Manage and oversee work at assigned project sites, ensuring quality, timelines, and coordination with contractors.
• Travel daily to project sites; outstation and overnight travel may be required based on project needs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve site challenges and ensure smooth project completion.
• Maintain flexibility to work extended hours or night shifts when required by project schedules.

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution or project management related to electrical and architectural lighting projects.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, soldering, and fault-testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of electrical safety codes and regulations.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Clear communication skills and strong on-site problem-solving ability.

Additional Requirements

• Qualification: B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or ITI with project management experience
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
• Age: 3040 years
• Mobility: Own two-wheeler required
• Gender: Male
