Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Site Engineer. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee all site operations, ensure compliance with project timelines, and maintain the highest standards of quality control. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring structural engineering standards are met, and conducting regular site inspections. Effective collaboration and communication with project teams will also be essential to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Building Construction Projects
• Experience in on-site management and coordination of construction projects
• Proficiency in Structural and Civil Engineering principles and practices
• Thorough understanding of MEP Systems
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and ability to ensure adherence to standards
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Proven ability to effectively handle project timelines and resolve onsite challenges
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
• PMP or project management certification is a plus
