Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SFCC Test Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) testing and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading QA initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for SFCC (Demandware) implementations and enhancements
• Manage and mentor QA teams while actively contributing as an individual tester (50% Lead / 50% IC role)
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Perform Storefront testing, site configuration validation, and Business Manager testing (promotions, site settings)
• Handle multi-market / multi-country SFCC deployments and rollouts
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders (US/UK)
• Identify risks, track issues, and proactively communicate with stakeholders
• Provide weekly QA status reports and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Work within Agile environments using tools like JIRA
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and software testing best practices
• Support adoption and implementation of automation testing tools

Required Experience & Skills

• 89 years of experience in Manual Testing within software implementation projects
• 45 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/Demandware) testing
• 23 years of experience in QA Team Leadership
• Strong experience in Storefront Testing, Business Manager configurations, and site management
• Exposure to multi-country / global project environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or similar
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
