Role Overview

The Senior SFCC QA Engineer will play a key role in defining QA strategy and executing end-to-end testing across the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and its integrations. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality releases across storefront, order lifecycle, promotions, and business integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for SFCC

Validate end-to-end eCommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, orders & fulfillment)

Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and system testing

Test integrations with OMS, payment gateways & third-party systems

Execute backend testing and data validation

Work closely with Developers, Product Owners & Business teams

Manage defects and test cycles using JIRA

Support UAT, releases, and post-deployment validations

Generate QA reports, dashboards, and quality metrics

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Software QA experience with strong SFCC exposure

Solid understanding of SFCC architecture & Business Manager

Experience with REST API testing (OCAPI / SCAPI preferred)

Strong web application testing knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Agile QA methodologies & regression testing expertise

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
