Senior SFCC Developer

What youll do:

• Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Headless architecture)
• Implement and support headless commerce solutions using APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI)
• Develop and maintain integrations with OMS, ERP, payment gateways, and other third-party systems
• Build and enhance REST-based services and middleware integrations
• Lead backend development for order lifecycle, promotions, catalog, pricing, and checkout flows
• Implement custom cartridges, controllers, hooks, and job frameworks
• Optimize performance across storefront and API layers
• Collaborate with frontend developers to enable seamless headless storefront integrations
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in security, performance, and maintainability
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
• Work closely with Product Owners, QA, Architects, and Integration teams to ensure end-to-end delivery

What we seek in you:

• 57 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development
• Strong understanding of SFCC architecture, Business Manager, and order lifecycle management
• Proven experience in headless commerce implementations
• Hands-on experience with OCAPI, SCAPI, and custom API development
• Strong experience integrating third-party systems (OMS, ERP, payment gateways, fraud tools, tax engines, shipping providers)
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), ISML, controllers, and cartridge architecture
• Experience working with REST APIs and middleware integrations
• Strong understanding of checkout customization and promotions engine
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models and API-first architecture
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership of modules
