Senior Set up Specialist - Electrical / Charging Infrastructure Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Load Planning& DISCOM Coordination

• Calculate connected load requirement per depot.
• Coordinate with DISCOMfor:
• Load sanction
• Metering
• Transformer allocation
• Commercial tariff approvals
• Track EV power subsidy eligibility (state-level policies).

Charging Infrastructure Deployment

• Design charger layout aligned with parking flow.
• Supervise:
• Cable routing and trenching
• Charger installation
• Panel setup and safety compliance
• Conduct testing and commissioning.

Vendor &Technology Coordination

• Liaise with V-Green/ charging OEM partners.
• Validate charger compatibility with VinFast vehicles.
• Ensure uptime readinessbefore fleet arrival.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure AIS and state electrical compliance standards.
• Coordinate grounding, earthing, and fire safetynorms.
• Conduct load stresstesting prior to Go-Live.

• Energizationlead time vs committed timeline
• Charger uptime readiness before vehicle arrival
• Electrical CapEx adherence
• Zero safety incidentsduring installation

Requirements

• 3-10 years in electrical infra/ EV charging deployment.
• Experience with DISCOMcoordination in India.
• Knowledge of stateEV policies and power regulations.
• Strong site supervision capability.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
