Senior ServiceNow GRC Developer

We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow GRC Developer to support a largescale, enterprise ServiceNow environment for a U.S.based organization. This role is fulltime and requires working onsite in Hyderabad, India. It is ideal for experienced ServiceNow professionals who have spent the majority of their careers building and maintaining Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC / IRM) solutions.

This position plays a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow GRC capabilities within a highly regulated environment.

Employment Type: 6 Month Contract to Permanent Employee

Pay: $10 - $17 USD Per Hour

Location: Onsite in Hyderabad, India no remote option

What You Will Do

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Issue Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and ACLs
• Build and manage GRC data models such as risk registers, control libraries, indicators, assessments, and policy hierarchies
• Create dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for risk, compliance, and audit metrics
• Integrate ServiceNow GRC with thirdparty systems using REST and SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Support platform upgrades, perform impact analysis, and ensure postupgrade stability
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and rootcause analysis
• Collaborate closely with risk, compliance, audit, security, and business stakeholders
• Produce clear technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of handson ServiceNow GRC / IRM experience
• Strong experience implementing GRC modules endtoend
• Advanced ServiceNow development skills including JavaScript and Glide API
• Experience with workflows, automation, security controls, and integrations
• Background working in regulated or compliancedriven environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad, India on a fulltime basis

$10.00 - $17.00 Per Hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
