Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking to hire a skilled senior ServiceNow developer experienced in ITSM/CSM/HRSD/GRC/CMDB. The candidate should have 5+ Yrs. of experience in ServiceNow configuration and implementation for large customers. As a senior ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for configuration, platform implementation and administration. We are looking for a candidate who is strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude and ability to deal with cultural diversity.

• Building complete end to end application on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead and own all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration.
• Developing high quality applications leveraging the industry leading ServiceNow platform.
• Developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules Certification Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer Certified Implementation.
• Play a key role in the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
• ServiceNow Platform implementation experience in Service Strategy (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB &Asset).
• Ability to create widgets and complete Service Portal pages Experience in design and layout of Service Catalogs as well as the Service Portal in general Experience in leading or working in a ServiceNow development team in an Agile environment
• Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.).
• Optimize the business process.
• Assists ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed.
• Assists ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort.
• Provides mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators.
• Be the Customer Zero for ServiceNow, implementing and configuring IT applications.

• Minimum 4+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and at least 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of IT products like ITSM, ITAM and ITOM.
• Experience in Performance, Analytics and Reporting module of ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile development and IT Infrastructure Library(ITIL) processes.
• Experience in Configuration Management, administration of the Discovery tool and integration with other ServiceNow modules.
• Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.).
• Development experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML, CSS, Java script and AJAX.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: Jelly, JSON, AngularJS, React, React Native.
• Understanding of client-server calls and callbacks, including AJAX, web hooks, REST and JSON Familiar with service oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
• Knowledge on MID Server and integrations, PowerShell and Python is preferred.
• Strong experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules with hands-on experience developing using JavaScript.
