As part of a major global expansion, we are building aspecialist digital marketing capability in our Bangalore technology centreto support multiple UK B2B clients. We are looking for aSenior SEO Managerwho wants to play a central role in shaping and scaling our organic search strategy.

This is an opportunity for ahighly motivated and commercially focused SEO specialistwho understands how to drive search visibility, organic growth and high-quality lead generation in competitive markets.

The role requires someonehands-on, ambitious and aggressive about growth, capable of identifying search opportunities and executing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

Lead theSEO strategy for UK B2B websites, focusing on search visibility, traffic growth and lead generation.

Drivetechnical SEO improvements, including site audits, indexing, site performance and structured optimisation.

Conduct advancedkeyword research and search opportunity analysis.

Work closely with content and marketing teams to improveon-page SEO and content performance.

Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions, continuously optimising organic growth strategy.

Build processes and frameworks to supportscalable SEO performance across multiple clients.

Requirements

812 years experience inSEO and organic search strategy.

Strong expertise intechnical SEO, on-page optimisation and search performance analysis.

Experience working onB2B websites and lead generation strategies.

Strong working knowledge of SEO tools such asSearch Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar platforms.

Experience working withUK or international marketsis highly advantageous.
