Senior SEO Manager

We are seeking an experienced and drivenSenior SEO Manager (57 years of experience) to build and scaleinternational SEO from the ground up for a product operating inhighly competitive global markets .

This is ahands-on role in the initial phase, owning SEO end-to-end from technical foundations and website architecture to programmatic SEO and content at scale. As the SEO function grows, the role will evolve intoleading a small content team , while continuing to drive strategy, execution, and measurable business impact.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and content teams to build a scalable SEO growth engine capable of taking the product from 0 1 global scale.

• Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy, scaling organic growth from0 1 international markets
• Build and scaleinternational SEO across geographies, languages, and competitive search landscapes
• Leadtechnical SEO including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and international targeting
• Driveprogrammatic SEO initiatives in collaboration with product and engineering teams to launch scalable, high-quality page types
• ApplyGEO, AEO, and AI-driven search optimization across content and site structure, including AI Overviews, featured snippets, and entity-based search
• Define and execute anSEO-led content strategy , managing writers, content guidelines, and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate SEO needs into clear technical and product requirements
• Own SEO performance metrics including traffic growth, rankings, conversions, SQLs, and revenue impact

• 57 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably inPLG and B2B SaaS
• Proven experience scaling SEO in competitive international markets
• Demonstrated success taking a product or website from0 1 via organic search
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, International SEO, and Programmatic SEO
• Deep understanding of search intent, entities, topical authority, and modern ranking systems
• Practical experience with GEO, AEO, and AI-driven SERPs
• Experience working with CMS platforms and large data sets
• Basic SQL, Google Sheets, or automation workflows (nice to have)
• Strong collaboration experience with engineering and product teams
• Ability to own execution while managing content contributors
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate SEO strategy into actionable tasks
