MarketInc is looking for an experiencedSenior SEO professionalwho understands strategy, execution, and results. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond basics and is confident handlingend-to-end SEO campaigns, mentoring juniors, and working closely with content, design, and development teams. Role Overview

As a Senior SEO Executive, youll lead SEO initiatives for multiple service-based clients, drive organic growth, and contribute to building scalable SEO systems within the agency. Youll also play a key role in improving internal processes and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimiseSEO strategies(on-page, off-page & technical)
• Conductadvanced keyword researchfor service-based and location-based pages
• Performtechnical SEO audits, identify issues, and coordinate fixes
• Handlelink-building strategies, including paid guest posting and outreach
• Work closely withcontent writersto ensure SEO-aligned content execution
• Collaborate withUI/UX and web development teamsfor SEO-friendly builds
• Track performance using tools likeGSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for internal review
• Guide and support junior SEO executives/interns
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, trends, and best practices

Requirements

• 1.54+ yearsof hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong experience withservice-based businesses(clinics, law firms, local services, etc.)
• Solid understanding ofservice pages, location pages & multi-location SEO
• Proven expertise intechnical SEO & backlink acquisition
• Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console & Analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
