Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior SEO Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, analytical skills, and experience handling multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
• Monitor and improve website rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Technical SEO:

• Perform technical audits and resolve crawl issues, indexing errors, and site performance problems.
• Optimize site architecture, URL structure, and internal linking.
• Ensure mobile optimization and page speed improvements.
• Implement schema markup and structured data.

Off-Page SEO:

• Plan and execute link-building campaigns.
• Manage outreach strategies and backlink acquisition.
• Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities based on data analysis.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO best practices.
• Guide junior SEO executives and interns.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS basics (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an agency environment.
• Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO.
• Certification in Digital Marketing/SEO (preferred but not mandatory).
