Senior Security Specialist - Cloud Engineering

In your position, you will provide IT security expertise in support to our business and initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading system security initiatives (vulnerability and compliance checks for system hardening)
• Advising and supporting IT teams for understanding vulnerabilities
• Providing guidance for re-engineering processes and procedures required for remediation
• C Cooperating at the resolution of critical audit findings
• Ensuring daily operational duties relating to security management in compliance with relevant policies and industry best practices
• Developing information security guidelines, processes and procedures
• Expertise in cloud principles and risks associated with public and hybrid cloud
• Performing risk assessments of security architecture and solution mitigation of identified risks

You will also develop expertise in cloud through CNAPP solutions for GS and deliver expertise on end-user devices compliance security.

Your profile should have the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven professional experience for IT security, IT risk and compliance management
• Very good understanding of infrastructure, platform and application security concepts and threats
• CNAPP experience with any vendors
• GCP, Azure or AWS fundamental knowledge
• Recommend appropriate controls to maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems/services
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English

Highly desirable qualifications include:

• Security-related certification
• Good ITIL knowledge
• Experience with system security tools/solutions

This role requires effective organizational skills to maintain a consistently high standard of operations in a business-critical financial environment.
