• Build keyword maps & optimize pages for intent
• Write & optimize SEO blogs (brand-specific, not generic)
• Create service, location & landing page content
• Execute backlink outreach & tracking (live URLs)
• Maintain transparent SEO reports

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong technical SEO + on-page SEO knowledge
• Proven SEO content writing experience
• GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Experience managing multiple clients
• Strong ownership & execution mindset

• You do only audits, not execution
• You write generic or templated SEO content
• You chase volume over quality
• You rely blindly on AI
• You avoid accountability
