Our Sales Development team forms the foundation of our revenue engine, driving pipeline growth and acting as the first point of engagement for prospective customers globally.


What Youll Accomplish


  • Own and drive inbound and outbound prospecting efforts to generate qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Engage decision-makers and identify business challenges where SuperOps can deliver value.
  • Build and maintain a strong and predictable pipeline aligned with regional revenue targets.
  • Mentor and support junior SDRs by sharing best practices, messaging strategies, and prospecting techniques.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to execute targeted campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and qualification frameworks.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and subject-matter expert on SuperOps solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage high-volume outbound engagement through calls, emails, and social selling channels.
  • Research accounts and develop strategic prospecting plans.
  • Qualify opportunities using structured discovery and business-value conversations.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth opportunity handoff.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to outreach effectiveness.
  • Contribute to playbooks, onboarding support, and process enhancements within the SDR team.


Qualifications


  • 25 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, Sales Development, or Business Development roles.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment preferred.
  • Exposure to international markets (North America or global markets preferred).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline or revenue targets.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional global teams.
  • Open to working in flexible shifts based on business requirements.
