Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SDET with 8 to 10 years of experience in Automation Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for quality assurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our projects. Experience in Program Management is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of automated test scripts using Java and Selenium
  • Oversee the execution of automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability
  • Provide technical expertise in the design and development of test automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects
  • Ensure that all test activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and standards
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Monitor and report on test execution progress and results
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation techniques
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process
  • Ensure that all testing activities are completed within project timelines
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and issues

  • Possess strong experience in Automation Java and Selenium
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing automated test scripts
  • Exhibit proficiency in designing and developing test automation frameworks
  • Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Have experience in identifying and resolving software defects
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have experience in Program Management is a plus
  • Demonstrate ability to mentor and guide junior team members
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and best practices
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
  • Have a proactive and self-motivated approach
