Senior Scientist – Hepatocytes & Liver Subcellular Products | Noida (India) | 12–15 Years Experience

We are looking for a Senior Scientific Leader to head the production of primary hepatocytes and liver subcellular fractions (microsomes, S9, cytosol, homogenates) from human and preclinical species.

Experience: 1215 years total (35+ years directly in hepatocyte/microsome production)

• Human & animal hepatocyte isolation (collagenase perfusion)
• Microsomes & S9 preparation
• Donor pooling methodologies
• CYP450 activity assays & metabolic stability studies
• QC & batch documentation
• Cryopreservation & viability optimization
• GLP/GMP compliance

Ph.D. / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related field

(Ph.D. preferred)
