Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior SCADA Commissioning Engineer, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves commissioning, configuring, and troubleshooting SCADA systems and Power Plant Controllers. You will work on integrating Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems, ensuring compliance with power systems requirements, and providing technical support during installation and testing phases. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal automation solutions for renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in SCADA systems and Human Machine Interface (HMI) design and integration
• Solid understanding of Power Systems and Electrical Engineering principles
• Experience with system troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real-world applications
• Proficiency in configuring and deploying automation solutions in renewable energy projects
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols like IEC 61850, Modbus, OPC DA, OPC UA, IEC-104
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
