Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Employee Central and other SF modules, along with strong understanding of HR transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Lead implementation of Employee Central (EC)
• Work on Compensation & Variable Pay
• Configure and support Performance & Goals (PMGM)
• Support Succession Planning & Career Development Planning
• Manage data migration and system integration
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system design
• Conduct workshops, UAT support, and end-user training
• Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
• Prepare functional documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience in at least one additional module (Compensation / PMGM / Succession)
• Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Experience in data migration and integrations
• Understanding of HR business processes
• Experience in implementation and support projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Certification in SuccessFactors module (preferred)
• Experience in global HR transformation programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
