Role Overview+

ToggleNow is looking for a Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant with 10+ years of experience to lead SAP Security and GRC Access Control implementation projects. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for role design, access governance, SoD compliance, emergency access setup, and audit readiness across ECC and S/4HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end SAP Security & GRC Access Control implementation for ECC / S/4HANA systems.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and design effective security roles.
• Build and structure roles in PFCG (single, derived, composite roles).
• Support role redesign and remediation activities to meet compliance standards.
• Configure and implement SAP GRC modules: ARA, ARM, EAM (Firefighter), BRM.
• Perform SoD analysis, risk identification, mitigation control design, and remediation.
• Review and customize GRC rulesets for accurate risk analysis and reporting.
• Troubleshoot authorization issues (SU53, ST01, SUIM) and support testing cycles.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation: role matrices, SoD reports, firefighter processes.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis, functional teams, and business stakeholders for smooth deployment.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security Implementation (ECC / S/4HANA).
• Expertise in SAP GRC Access Control Implementation.
• Proficiency in ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM modules.
• Deep understanding of SoD concepts, access governance, and risk management.
• Strong experience in role design, role build, and security testing.
• Solid knowledge of authorization concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP Fiori Security (Catalogs, Groups, Spaces).
• Experience in GRC ruleset updates, access review processes, and compliance reporting.
• SAP Security / SAP GRC certification is an added advantage.
