Job Title: Senior SAP PLM Consultant

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Consultant with 510 years of SAP experience to support and enhance Product Lifecycle Management processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of PLM, integration expertise with core SAP modules, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP PLM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Manage Engineering Change Management (ECM), Document Management System (DMS), Bill of Materials (BOM), and product structures.
• Ensure seamless integration with modules such as MM, PP, QM, and S/4HANA.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle processes from design to production.
• Perform testing, defect resolution, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and interfaces.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Follow SAP best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills:

• 510 years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PLM.
• Solid experience in ECM, DMS, Material Master, BOM management, and product data processes.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Experience in S/4HANA is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP certification in PLM or related modules is an advantage.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, or AMS/support projects is preferred.
