SAP MM Senior Consultant

About: Key responsibilities include managing the MM workstream, configuring

S/4HANA MM processes (like purchasing, inventory, and goods receipts), and ensuring

integration with other modules (SD, FI, PP, QM). The role also involves using SAP Fiori

apps, understanding S/4HANA-specific changes, and potentially a familiarity with SAP

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.High level of expertise on SAP MM & hands on experience / Expertise in S4 HANA -

Proficient and well versed in working in S4 HANA system for Client Journey

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA

functional specifications across relevant modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, PM).

Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to align with business processes and Client standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between modules and third-party systems.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide end-user training and create functional documentation and SOPs.

2.On demand support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams as

well as partners in charge of administration of data centers (database administration,

upgrades, performance,..)

3.Accountable for Solution issues escalated to the Global Support team. Ensure that

tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested and follows-up those until they are

properly closed according to process defined. Support provided is functional (analysis,

feed-back, recommendation ).

4. Analyze content of releases on his/her area and recommend best organization as far

as testing is concerned.

Internal

5.Liaise with regional / local support teams and testing factory to ensure that release

validation process is done properly

6. Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions of on his/her area

7.Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders organization

regarding problem solving and enhancement

8.Contribute, review and validate Core bugs & enhancements specification. Contribute

to testing and validation.

9.SAP and functional knowledge on Supply Chain and Manufacturing Processes

Technology Skills:

1. 7 to 10 years of SAP experience as consultant with complex and multiple

projects (Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the

area of SAP Materials Management (MM)

2. SAP S4 HANA experience is a must.

3. High level of expertise on SAP MM modules

4. The resource should have at least 7 to10 years of SAP MM Experience and good

experience in Procurement or Inventory Domain

5. Should be able to handle MM/WM independently and will be working with the

Business directly

6. Operational business experience

7. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role within an international context

(multi-environments, multiple teams, concurrent deployment project).

8. Domain experience in procurement is an added advantage

9. Very good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, ) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders, ), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing, ) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, team work, multiple teams interaction,
