Job Title: Senior SAP Fiori & BTP Application Architect

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid

Position Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Fiori & BTP Application Architect to design, develop, and lead the implementation of high-performance SAP Fiori applications on S/4 HANA and SAP BTP. The role requires strong hands-on expertise combined with architectural ownership and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance, responsive SAP Fiori applications on S/4 HANA and SAP BTP
• Build, deploy, and manage SAP Build applications including both Low-Code/No-Code and Pro-Code solutions
• Ensure adherence to SAP Fiori design principles, UX best practices, and clean core principles
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI5 and Fiori application issues
• Optimize application performance for scalability, speed, and cross-device compatibility
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, architects, and stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to drive innovation and improvement
• Engage with customers to understand business use cases, pain points, and functional requirements

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori
• Deep proficiency in SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and OData
• Strong experience with CDS Views and AMDP
• Hands-on experience with SAP RAP and CAP application development
• Experience with SAP BTP application development and deployment
• Experience with SAP Build and process automation
• Solid understanding of SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration including catalogs, groups, and roles
• Experience with SAP Fiori architecture for both cloud and on-premise deployments
• Proficiency with SAP Business Application Studio or SAP Web IDE
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Good understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts
• Experience working with SAP Activate and Agile methodologies

Experience & Education:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP Build Work Zone
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
