About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate must have 9+ years of relevant SAP SD experience , including minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects on S/4HANA and hands-on exposure to support/enhancement projects. This role requires excellent functional knowledge, solutioning skills, and strong client-facing abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP SD modules in S/4HANA environments across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, map business processes, and design scalable SD solutions.
• Configure SAP SD components including pricing, order management, OTC cycles, billing, credit management, shipping, and delivery.
• Perform integration work with other SAP modules like MM, FI, PP, and WM.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and documentation.
• Conduct UAT, end-user training, and provide post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot technical/functional issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Drive continuous improvements and best practices within the SAP SD domain.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation and support.
• Must have 2 full-cycle implementation projects in SAP S/4HANA (mandatory).
• Strong experience in SD core areas: Pricing, OTC, Billing, Delivery, Shipping, Credit Management, Rebates, Returns & Claims Management.
• Good understanding of integration with MM, FI, PP, and WM modules.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing functional specs and working with ABAP teams for custom developments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in Master Data, ATP, and ALE/IDocs.
• Exposure to SAP FIORI apps related to SD.
• Certification in SAP SD or S/4HANA.
