Senior SAP Consultant

We are hiring an ERP (SAP) Senior Manager to oversee and support our SAP ecosystem across various business functions.

Exp : 15 - 20 years

SAP Modules Involved

• SD, FICO, MM, PS, PM, REFX, CP

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support SAP S/4HANA modules across business operations
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical/functional consultants
• Gather, analyze, and coordinate business requirements, enhancements, and change requests
• Manage AMS vendors, including ticket management, SLAs, and performance tracking
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, governance, and compliance
• Drive continuous improvements in SAP processes and system utilization
• Lead user training, adoption initiatives, and change management
• Support audits, reporting, and system documentation
• Ensure smooth SAP operations aligned with business goals

Key Requirements

• 1015 years of overall SAP experience with strong functional exposure
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of Real Estate / Construction business processes
• Experience managing AMS vendors and SAP support models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple modules and cross-functional dependencies
• Experience in user training, adoption, and process standardization

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Construction companies
• Exposure to SAP implementation, rollouts, or S/4HANA migration projects
• Leadership experience managing internal teams and external partners

Experience in Real Estate or Construction Industry is a strong advantage.
