Experience : 10 to 15 years

Job Description:

Must Have:

• SAP Basis
• SAP Migration to cloud for both HANA and Oracle based system
• SAP installation/upgrade Experience

Good-to-Have :

• English and French proficiency
• Experience with agile development
• SAP Security and Authorizations
• Solution Manager
• Basic of Linux

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Monitor SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.). SAP Performance management.

2 Hands-on experience with SAP on Oracle/HANA . Perform system administration task.

3 Hands-on experience with SAP on Linux with HA concepts

4 Perform SAP software installation, upgrades, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation add-on software components

5 Maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, training and production)

6 Responding to and resolving user ticket. Experience in managing SLA.

7 Manage interfaces and 3rd connectivity to SAP

8 Solution manager configuration & Maintenance

9 End-to-end SAP migration projects to cloud platforms

10 Knowledge of SAP sizing, high availability, and DR configurations in cloud environments.

11 Strong understanding of networking, IAM, and security best practices for cloud-hosted SAP.
