Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shaikpet for a Senior Salesperson. The role involves managing and converting leads generated through the organisations marketing channels (organic and paid). The Senior Salesperson will be responsible for promptly connecting with prospects, understanding their investment needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
The candidate must maintain accurate updates in the CRM, track lead progress, and ensure consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel. The role also requires close alignment with the marketing team to understand campaign strategies, provide feedback on lead quality, and help refine outreach efforts. In addition, the candidate must stay aligned with the organisations business priorities, including sales targets, cash flow requirements, and much more.
The Senior Salesperson will also be expected to quickly assess the intent and potential of prospects, communicate insights to management and marketing teams, and build strong relationships with clients. A solid understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market, along with strong negotiation and closing skills, will be essential to successfully convert leads into deals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing leads, building relationships, and closing sales with clients
- Ability to understand prospect requirements and provide suitable real estate investment guidance
- Experience working with CRM systems, including maintaining accurate lead updates and tracking the sales pipeline (preferably HubSpot)
- Must possess strong upselling and deal-closing abilities to maximise transaction value.
- Sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and weekly targets
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and management teams to align sales efforts with business strategies
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines
- Good understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market, investment trends, and buyer behaviour
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate
