Job Description

Multiple location: -

Gurgaon / Bangalore


Your scope of work / key responsibilities:

  • Ability to perform L2 support with in-depth impact analysis on incident and problems arising from the production environment
  • The person will be exposed to a variety of assignments, responding to service requests, problem solving, maintaining stability, performing technical implementations,
  • Provide ongoing support for Fusion Risk Management including Operational Resilience, including on-call, Problem analysis, resolution and escalation.
  • Accountable for development within Fusion risk management
  • Perform regular maintenance activities required to keep the applications working at expected levels.
  • Working with the Subject Matter Experts and Business Analysts to provide the quick fix/permanent solution for the production issues
  • Ability to provide solutions for system/batch support and/or improvements
  • Ability to follow and suggest delivery processes and KPIs for production support delivery quality
  • Follow the rotation plan for support
  • Knowledge Management strategy for developing a self-sufficient team
  • Accountable for the maintenance, administration, and support of Salesforce application systems in production and non-production environment
  • Provide recovery and troubleshooting support during incident, problems and triage calls.
  • Work with technical platform vendors to provide solutions, solve problems, maintain stability of the environment.
  • Reviews and analyzes issues independently and document business issues and the solutions provided.
  • Defines and ensures requirements for transition to support: data, workflow, logical processes, interface design, internal and external checks, controls, inputs, and outputs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of current processes


Key Focus Areas:

1. Risk Assessment and Management:

- Identifying potential IT operational risks and vulnerabilities

- Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies

- Conducting regular risk assessments and updates

- Assessing the impact of IT disruptions on business operations

- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders

2. Fusion Risk Management Technology Recovery Planning:

- Providing guidance on Fusion related recovery plans

- Ensuring plans are up-to-date and aligned with organizational changes

- Coordinating with various internal stakeholders/teams to develop comprehensive resilience plans and strategies

- Ensure critical business functions can continue during disruptions

3. Incident Response:

- Developing IT incident response protocols

- Leading or coordinating the response to operational disruptions

- Ensuring swift and effective recovery from major incidents

4. System and Process Optimization:

- Analyze and improve existing systems and processes for enhanced resilience

Key Qualifications and experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive Salesforce technology experience with full application development life cycle and systems integration experience
  • Understanding of Salesforce data models such as Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data imports and exports using Data Loader
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica IDMC-Nice to have
  • Preferred skill set: Hands-on experience with Fusion Risk Management
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundations, experience in Service Management processes including incident and change management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders externally and internally


Competencies (Technical) - Mandatory Skills

  • Fusion Risk Management System with profiles, permission sets/groups and so on
  • Fusion Risk Management experience with custom objects, fields, flows, communities, ServiceNow Connector and so on
  • Experience with Operational Resilience capability in Fusion
  • General API knowledge
  • High quality Technical and End User document creation and maintenance skills
  • Strong presentation skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders externally and internally



Competencies - Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management and/or Technology Recovery. Professional designation such as MBCI, ABCP, CFCP, CBCP desired.
  • Salesforce Developer and/or Admin Certification is preferred
