Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura , and Visualforce .
• Customize Salesforce applications using standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules , and process automation .
• Develop and maintain Lightning components and ensure optimal performance and reusability.
• Implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs , middleware, or third-party tools.
• Work with Salesforce data management , including data migration, data loading, and data quality.
• Write and maintain unit tests and ensure required code coverage for deployments.
• Support deployments using change sets, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines , and version control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer .
• Proficiency in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL / SOSL
• Visualforce
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, workflows, approvals, validation rules).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX , Git, and deployment processes.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model and reporting.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud .
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud , or Commerce Cloud .
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks .
