Hiring For: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Pune

Experience: 8+ Years

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing customizations, configurations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Extensive experience developing Lightning Components.
• Developing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP, REST, and other integration methods.
• Creating and maintaining workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and other automation within Salesforce.
• Collaborating with business analysts and end-users to gather and document requirements, as well as provide technical guidance and expertise.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications, including debugging code, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes.
• Conducting unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions.
• Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including administrators, architects, and project managers, to deliver successful Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Salesforce certifications
• Experience in working with Agile Methodologies and Jira
