Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead endtoend development on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep handson expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce best practices. This role involves technical leadership, solution design, code reviews, and guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Design

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members

Salesforce Development

• Develop complex solutions using Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
• Build and customize Salesforce components including objects, flows, processes, validation rules, and automation
• Develop Lightning components and UI enhancements

Integrations & Platform Management

• Work extensively on REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.)
• Handle authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, JWT
• Support configuration and customization across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Quality & Deployment

• Write highquality code with robust unit test coverage
• Manage deployments using Gitbased CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application and API performance

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with crossfunctional teamsArchitects, BAs, QA, and Product teams
• Provide production support and troubleshoot highpriority issues
• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and solution diagrams

Required Skills & Experience

• 612+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong handson experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Future/Queueable Classes
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce Data Model, role hierarchy, sharing rules
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and thirdparty system connectivity
• Proficiency with CI/CD, version control (Git), deployment tools
• Strong understanding of Governor Limits and performance optimization
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (highly preferred)
• Additional certifications: Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer I, Integration Architect
• Experience with OmniStudio / Vlocity (optional based on project needs)
• Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Microservices and EventDriven Architecture
