Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Salesforce Developer based in Hyderabad/Bangalore, with flexibility for remote work as needed. The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and integrations to meet business needs. Responsibilities include writing and testing custom code, collaborating with teams to gather requirements, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring optimal performance. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall scaling and efficiency of Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative features.

Translate complex business requirements into highquality technical designs and solutions.

Own endtoend development: design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Build and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other middleware tools.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards, governor limits, and coding best practices.

Collaborate with architects, admins, testers, and business teams to deliver robust solutions.

Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of handson Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise in:

Apex classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

SOQL/SOSL

Integration patterns (REST/SOAP, platform events, outbound messages)

Asynchronous processing and performance optimization

Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud development.

Familiarity with OmniStudio, Mulesoft, or other middleware technologies.

Knowledge of advanced design patterns and scalable architecture principles.

Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.

Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, or similar).

Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and stakeholderinteraction skills.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Team player with a mindset focused on quality and continuous improvement.
