Senior Salesforce Developer

Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to architect scalable and high-performing solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive end-to-end technical delivery across Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Lead development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilities
• Design and manage integrations with external systems (ERP, middleware, legacy systems)
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and conduct detailed code reviews
• Ensure high-quality delivery with proper test coverage, performance optimization, and compliance with governor limits
• Mentor and guide development teams, driving technical excellence and upskilling
• Support sprint planning, estimations, and overall delivery management
• Ensure adherence to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control
• Act as the technical escalation point and participate in client-facing discussions
• Drive adoption of new Salesforce features and innovations

Requirements

• 39 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and multi-tenant platform
• Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise solutions
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, TIBCO)
• Expertise in Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods)
• Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and SFDX
• Experience with data migration, environment strategy, and performance tuning
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
