Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong banking/financial services domain experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and exposure to banking processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand banking requirements (Retail/Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, KYC, AML, etc.)
• Integrate Salesforce with core banking systems and third-party applications using APIs
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment using CI/CD tools
• Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices aligned with banking standards
• Provide post-deployment support and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Good understanding of banking workflows and regulatory requirements
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification (preferred)

Good to Have:

• Experience with nCino or other BFS-specific Salesforce solutions
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
