Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area, with opportunities for partial remote work. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify business process improvements, customize Salesforce features, and provide technical guidance. Maintaining best practices, resolving technical issues, and ensuring Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals is fundamental to this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Salesforce Development, Apex programming, Lightning experience, and Salesforce APIs
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules
• Proven experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and deployment processes
• Strong skills in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and third-party systems
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, collaboration, and the ability to work in hybrid environments
• Additional experience in DevOps processes, certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
