Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong architectural capabilities and consulting experience. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can design scalable solutions, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and engage directly with stakeholders in English. The ideal candidate combines deep development expertise with solution architecture thinking and strong business understanding.

Key Responsibilities-

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise best

practices.

Lead technical architecture decisions across multiple client projects.

Develop and optimize implementations in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and

advanced configuration.

Build robust and scalable data models.

Design and manage integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).

Participate in technical discovery sessions and client workshops.

Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.

Manage multiple implementations concurrently.

Ensure performance optimization, platform governance, and security compliance.

Produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior developers.

Required Qualifications-

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Proven experience with:

Sales Cloud

Salesforce CPQ

Demonstrated experience in solution architecture (beyond pure development).

Mandatory certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I

Salesforce Platform Developer II

Advanced English level (B2C1) ability to lead client-facing conversations.

Previous experience in consulting firms, agencies, or multi-client environments.

Strong ability to manage parallel projects.

Advanced knowledge of:

Apex (advanced patterns and best practices)

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Integration architecture

Advanced Flows

Data modeling

Salesforce governor limits and optimization strategies

Nice to Have:

Experience with DevOps tools.

Experience leading technical teams or acting as Technical Lead.

Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator active license
