Job Description
Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Mumbai(Onsite)
Experience Required: 7+ years (with minimum 5+ years into Salesforce Development)
Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, PDII, App Builder
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Participate in end-to-end development lifecycle including design, development, Code reviews, testing, and deployment and production support
- Create and maintain Custom objects, Validation rules, Workflows, Process builders, and Flows
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
- Manage deployments and release cycles using CI/CD tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- At least 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and standard/custom objects
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Omni-Channel, and Case Management
- Experience with Lightning Design System (SLDS) and UI customization
- Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and deployment tools (Change Sets, VS Code, Git, or Copado)
