Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior Salesforce Application Lead with strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) . This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will design, build, and lead the development of Salesforce applications while guiding a team and owning technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using LWC
- Act as the primary technical point of contact
- Guide and mentor developers, review code, and make key technical decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Must Have Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and web development fundamentals
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Prior experience in a technical lead or senior developer role
Qualification:
- Minimum 7.5 years of relevant experience
